Wendy Wheeler has been a realtor for over 29 years and has relished every moment. Prior to her career as a realtor, Wendy obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Utah. Shortly after graduating, she began working for one of the largest public accounting firms in the world, KPMG Peat Marwick, serving real estate and banking clients as a public accountant. After several years in finance, she decided to shift gears and become a real estate agent, applying her extensive knowledge of accounting for the two industries she served. Her clients now - the investors, new homeowners, and those seeking to make sound retirement choices - are grateful for it. They appreciate that she can advise them on tax advantages and offer invaluable support with their investment decisions.

Wendy has plenty of hands-on experience as a property owner and investor. Over the years, she has purchased, sold, and managed a number of properties of her own and for others. The job perks of flexibility, the fact that there’s always something new and interesting to learn, and that she meets new people, many of them evolving into lasting friendships, are all factors in the pleasure of going to work every day. “The greatest reward though,” she explains, “are the smiles on my client’s faces when they find their dream home.” From her hard work and dedication for every one of her clients, regardless of the investment size, she’s gratefully reaped the reward of repeat customers and endless referrals.

Along with a successful career in real estate, Wendy is blessed with four very active children. She resides in Olympus Cove and enjoys the occasional theatre production, watching her kids play their variety of sports, and scrapbooking. She also maintains a balance between work and leisure by spending time outdoors camping with her family.
